This is a general notice to all our clients on our hosting platforms.
Our data center will be performing maintenance on the Power Distribution Unit that provides power to some of our servers. This maintenance will require that our servers be powered down for a short period of time.
The expected down time experienced due to this maintenance is 30 minutes or less. This will not require any action on your part.
This maintenance is expected to be service affecting, and for that we apologize, but it is necessary in order to provide platform stability going forward.
If you experience any issues or witness any abnormalities that last beyond the expected maintenance window, please do not hesitate to contact us by sending a mail to support@qservers.net.
