How to Install a Let’s Encrypt SSL From Cpanel

Let’s Encrypt is a service provider that provides SSLs for your website for free. This allows you to get a valid SSL certificate for use on your site. SSLs provide secure site connections and have lots of uses. This write-up will show how to install the Let's encrypt ssl.

Step 1:  Login to your cpanel and locate the SSL/TLS Status icon. You can find the SSL/TLS Status icon under the security section in the cpanel.

Step 2:  Ensure to have selected "Include Domains During Autossl". Also click on the Check Box beside each domain/sub-domain to include the domain(s) that you want to install SSL for. You can click on the highlighted Check box in the screenshot below to select all domains/sub-domains one time.

Step 3:  Click on Run AutoSSL


Congratulations!!! You now have Let's Encrypt installed on your domain.
