How do I report a false positive?

If you see a valid message in your spambox, you can report this message to our mail server as valid email.

1. If you want to report a false positive email to the ASSP system, simply forward the email in question as an attachment to assp-notspam@yourdonaun.tld. Replace "yourdomain.tld" with your actual domain name.

 

2. Send your email.

Important Note: In order to use the NOTSPAM feature you must be using our outgoing mail server(s) to send email. If you use your ISP's smtp server, your NOTSPAM submission will not be accepted. When the whitelist is reloaded on our mail server(s), the whitelisted email will bypass every email filter. Please review the help files in the SPAM/ASSP section in cPanel.
