First of all, allow me to thank you for being such a loyal and consistent customer to QServers over the years. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we hope we have been successful in providing you with excellent customer service and products.
I never like having to write this letter, but it's unfortunately sometimes necessary. Due to the fall of the Naira against the Dollar currently at N270 and recent upward increase in International domain names TLD's to $11, we are making changes to our free domain name registration policy and pricing.
Firstly we are removing the free domain registrations (.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz) that comes with the ordering of a new hosting package.
Secondly we will be raising our prices on some of our domain extensions (.com,.net,.org,.biz,.info ) to N2,700.
Please note, the .ng extensions will still remain free for the 1st year with every new hosting. We will also be reducing our prices for .com.ng, .net.ng, .org.ng, .shc.ng to N1,500 just for you!
These changes will take effect from 21/12/2015.
This price increase is minimal, and something we must do in order to continue to provide you with the quality you've come to expect from QServers.
